In 2020, due to the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic in Chile, like most companies, we had to move our operations to the home, which brought us a series of challenges and opportunities and, like everyone else, we had to adapt.
Our employees come from different backgrounds, both in terms of work development and personal experiences. PlanDinside had to coordinate its teams, coordinate them and train for this new challenge, which after 3 years of working in this way we can say was a victorious day.
After a year of working remotely, we felt the need to meet again as a team and to see each other again, especially in a field like the contact center. We felt it was important to get to know each other and to realize that behind every screen there are also people, with joys, worries and life stories.
From this need was born the instance we call “PODCAST PLANDINSIDE” where we get together and get to know each other as people, as well as get to know oneself more. In this instance we have laughed, cried and united as a team that goes beyond work. The instance has been evolving according to the wishes of the team, bringing together different themes.
Our last podcast planDinside was called “Our Purpose”, where we gathered to share our personal purposes and connect it with the purpose PlanDinside has, sharing what actions we take to fulfill these purposes. Our purpose is to humanize Digital Transformation, through innovation of enterprise platforms.”
